Mother Butter Original is made from 6 simple ingredients: pumpkin*, sunflower*, sesame and flax seeds*, mixed with a touch of coconut sugar* and sea salt (our chocolate flavor is made with raw dark cacao and without any added sugar). It is sweet and salty and super creamy. We make Mother Butter in small batches and jar in recyclable glass jars.
While Mother Butter is delicious, it is also incredibly nutritious. Each serving (~2tbsps) contains a daily serving of Omega-3s, which is awesome for those seeking a vegan source.
