The OG Mother is made from a blend of 4 essential seeds to support your nutrition and hormonal health—pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, and flax —mixed with the perfect balance of coconut sugar + sea salt. Mother Butter may remind you of tahini with notes of brown sugar. It is super creamy and oh-so-delicious.

How to Enjoy:

We recommend 2 scoops a day to support your nutritional health and hormonal balance. Eat it by the spoonful, spread on your toast, add to your smoothie, or try out one of our recipes for cookies, snacks, and dressings.

Separation is normal. Stir thoroughly after opening. Try storing the jar upside down in the fridge after opening to prevent separation from reoccurring!
