Mother Butter Breakfast Cookie Recipe

Breakfast Cookies
  • 1 cup Mother Butter
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 chia eggs
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup dried cranberries or cherries
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds and flax seeds (follicular phase)
  • OR ¼ cup sunflower seeds and sesame seeds (luteal phase)


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. 
  2. Stir sugar, Mother Butter, and chia eggs in large bowl until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. 
  3. Drop by ¼ cupfuls onto parchment lined cookie sheets. Use fork to flatten cookies into 3-inch rounds. 
  4. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and remove to a cooling rack.
  5.  Store in an airtight container or freeze for up to 1 month.
