Mother Butter Berry Breakfast Loaf

Perfect for the weekend ahead, prepare this gluten free treat to pull you and your family through potentially chilly conditions.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Mother Butter 


1/4 cup melted coconut oil
5 large eggs
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract 


1/2 cup coconut flour
3 tbs maple syrup
1/2 cup berries of choice
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Recipe:
🤍Preheat oven to 350° & line loaf pan with parchment paper
🤍Mix mother butter, melted coconut oil & eggs in a large bowl. Add milk, maple syrup & vanilla extract
🤍 In another bowl, mix coconut flour, baking powder & sea salt
🤍 Add your wet bowl into the dry & then fold the mixed berries in with a spatula
🤍 Pour the batter evenly into your pan & bake for 45 minutes to an hour
🤍 Remove from oven and allow to cool. Lather a thick later of love (in the form of mother butter) all over each slice to serve!
