Mother Butter and Jelly Smoothie — the perfect after school snack or a mid-afternoon pick me up!


  • frozen strawberries 🍓 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • frozen raspberries ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 2 scoops of Mother Butter ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • Greek yogurt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • milk of choice or water⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀


  1. In a blender, add berries and desired amount of greek yogurt (other options include cashew or almond yogurt).
  2. Add the two scoops of Mother Butter.
  3. Next, you will pour in milk of choice into the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and enjoy! :)
