Air Fryer Peaches with Mother Butter Streusel

This recipe brings all of the peach cobbler vibes without turning on the oven - a true summer WIN. All thanks to the air fryer! Peaches are a delicious seasonal base for this Mother Butter streusel topping, and the scoop underneath the oat mixture is key. At first glance, this looks like dessert (and absolutely can and should be with ice cream) but these peaches can absolutely be breakfast, too.
