- 2 scoops of Mother Butter ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Greek yogurt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- milk of choice or water⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- In a blender, add berries and desired amount of greek yogurt (other options include cashew or almond yogurt).
- Add the two scoops of Mother Butter.
- Next, you will pour in milk of choice into the blender.
